Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AP DIGITAL LLC, trading as AP Solutions ("we", "us"), handles information through this website and through AP Ads Manager, the internal tool we use to manage advertising accounts for our clients.
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or contact forms, and we do not collect personal information when you visit it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
AP Ads Manager and Google user data
AP Ads Manager connects to the Google Ads API only after a user signs in with Google and grants permission. With that permission it can access:
- The Google Ads accounts the signed-in user already has access to
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, asset, lead form and performance data in those accounts
- The basic profile needed to identify the signed-in Google account
We use this data only to create, edit, review and report on advertising campaigns for the businesses we work with, at the request of the authorizing user. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Limited use
AP Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we:
- Do not sell Google user data
- Do not use it for advertising, profiling or credit decisions
- Do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- Do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you
- Do not let people read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or where the law requires
Storage and security
Access tokens and account data are stored on a private server that only we control, protected by access controls and encrypted connections. We keep campaign data only as long as we manage the account, and delete it on request or when the engagement ends.
Your choices
You can remove AP Ads Manager's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask what data we hold or to have it deleted, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
